Why Your Fleet Needs Dash Cams
Liability Protection
Recorded video can provide time-stamped context for disputed incidents. What footage shows depends on camera placement, visibility, lighting, and other conditions.
Driver Accountability
Recorded trips can support driver coaching and incident review. Safety and insurance outcomes depend on your policies, program, and insurance provider.
Theft & Vandalism Deterrence
Parking mode can record detected activity while vehicles are unattended. Operation and runtime depend on the vehicle, power source, settings, and conditions.
Documentation & Review
Use available clips for incident review, training, and internal documentation. Confirm retention, privacy, and compliance requirements for your operation.

Rollout timing depends on fleet size, vehicle mix, camera configuration, site access, and scheduling. After the fleet assessment, the written quote includes an estimated installation schedule. Larger fleets can be phased to limit downtime.
We can assess sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, box trucks, and EVs. Vehicle and camera compatibility is confirmed for each configuration before it is included in the fleet quote.
Fleet installation labor is covered by our published 1-year workmanship warranty. Any additional health checks, firmware assistance, response targets, or maintenance services must be listed in the written fleet quote; equipment remains subject to its manufacturer warranty terms.
We recommend the camera and channel configuration after assessing each vehicle role. Current VIOFO options provide local GPS logging on supported models, local WiFi app access, loop recording, and model-specific parking modes. Multi-channel systems with driver-facing cameras are available for interior monitoring. Parking-mode operation and runtime depend on the vehicle, power source, camera settings, and conditions.
Our current VIOFO package cameras record locally and do not provide 4G or cloud fleet management, real-time GPS tracking, or remote video retrieval. Built-in GPS on supported models logs location, speed, and time for later playback. If an integration is required, identify the platform during consultation so compatibility can be confirmed before quoting.
Fleet pricing and payment terms are documented in a written quote based on vehicle count and mix, camera configuration, installation complexity, site access, and scheduling requirements.
